Why we love this Wine
Tarrant Hansen has been making some world-class wines at Spider Bill, harnessing the best of what the Adelaide Hills has to offer. This Pinot Noir is no exception, Burgundian in style, light but punchy. Tart, youthful red fruits, cherry starburst and some deeper warm spices like nutmeg and anise. Five plus years in the cellar would do no harm, but it drinks beautifully now.
