Why we love this Wine
This is dry Adelaide Hills Riesling with a healthy measure of Clare Valley influence. Dave Gartelmann does a whole bunch press and takes it slow, fermenting and ageing in stainless steel for six months on full solids. With another year of ageing in the bottle after release, there's oodles of character here. Lime, minerals, magic.
